He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lee Honors College at Western Michigan University as well as a Master of Science in Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Hugo is dedicated to connecting people with the resources they need to become more effective at their goals. With over 8 years of experience in management and entrepreneurship, Hugo has a proven track record of getting the job done on time and on budget, every time. Outside of work, Hugo enjoys spending time with his wife and children and serving his community. He also enjoys food and exercise... in that order.

Senior Engineer

Carla is the Engineering Project Supervisor at Elevation Consulting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC) and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University. She is passionate about electrical power systems and their design. Being committed and responsible is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally. Therefore, she is driven to perform her work with the highest quality and is always committed to satisfy the customer’s needs. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, learning, trying new things, and spending time with family and friends.
